Return & Refund Policy

At Gayadri Jewels, we want your little one to love every piece she receives. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Eligibility

  • The jewellery must be unused and unworn, in its original condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items that have been worn, used, or show signs of handling beyond inspection are not eligible for return.

How to Return

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, with your order number.
  • Pack the piece back in its original packaging, unused and unworn.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your return will be approved.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
